Hillary loves golf, friendly competitions, ordering take-out and is extremely dedicated to her family.  Born and raised on the west coast, Hillary graduated from Oregon State University in 1993, with a major in Behavioral Science.  Since then, she has worked in financial management roles at companies including 13+ years at Atlantic Trust and Morgan Stanley followed by the past 4 years as a consultant with Marchon Partners and mTerra Ventures. Throughout her career, Hillary has acquired a strong skill set in all aspects of managing, nurturing, and growing long-term client relationships. She provides a wide range of expertise in a variety of areas including human capital management, payroll, debit cards, and private wealth management. This includes strong experience with business development, operations, trust administration, and portfolio management. Exceptional performer in demanding, multi-tasking environments, Hillary is results-driven and brings a high level of personal initiative.

Christine loves to spend time at the shore, reading, and offering often not heeded advice to her three millennial children.  Christine Callahan is an RN, MBA with over 25 years experience in corporate healthcare operations. Chris has successfully assisted in over 30 startups; predominantly physician practices. Chris's personality aligns with the mission of SeaHill through her direct and honest nature towards her clients coupled with her attention to detail. She understands how important it is to find the right credentials and skill set for a given position and takes great pride in finding the right person needed for positions at all levels.  Chris attended Boston College School of Nursing where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and then went on to get her Masters in Business Administration in Virginia. Chris brings a great deal of operational experience to SeaHill Consulting Group and can help target areas where clients can improve efficiency and increase revenue.

Joan loves to spend time on the field watching her three teenage sons play lacrosse and football.  When she is not on the field, you will find Joanie relaxing and traveling with her family.

Joanie graduated from University of Oregon in 1991 with a major in English.  Since then she has worked in sales and customer relations in the insurance industry.  After 10 years in insurance, she joined Kforce as a recruiter focused in technology within the healthcare industry. Joanie has a keen understanding of what the client looks for and does her best to find the perfect candidate for them.

Joanie enjoys getting to know people and asking many questions to ensure she is placing them with the right company.  Joanie takes great joy in saying “You are hired”.

Emily lives in her home-state, Oregon, with her husband and mini-Goldendoodle, while her son and daughter are away at university.  She loves the regular Facetime calls with her kids and cherishes the times her whole family is together!  During her free time, Emily enjoys volunteering at the local food pantry, traveling, viewing art, and spending time with friends (many of them date back to the third grade). Walking on an Oregon beach with her husband and dog is her “happy place”.

After 25 successful years in the energy industry, Emily took her excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills to the recruiting world. Emily enjoys collaborating with clients and co-workers. She works endlessly to match top talent with her clients and does not quit until the job is done. There is nothing better than finding a candidate their dream job and improving a client’s business at the same time…it’s a win – win!!

Our Recruiting Team

SeaHill taps into our team of recruiters who often work from home. Our team often work non traditional hours and on weekends to help them meet their work-life balance and talk with candidates when it is most convenient for them.

All of our recruiters are put through a standardized orientation program consisting of the use of specific job questionnaires specifically designed with client input to target the specific needs or skill set for the position. This standardized approach helps us 'brand' our SeaHill candidates as having passed our specific standards prior to submitting them for consideration by our clients.
